A buoyancy compensator (BC) is the bulkiest, and sometimes the heaviest piece of a diver's equipment. In light of contemporary airline baggage limits, a BC's weight has become a serious consideration for traveling divers. Dive equipment manufacturers have come up with a variety of clever ways to reduce a BC's weight and bulk to make it more efficient for packing and traveling. The buoyancy compensators above are all specifically designed for travel, and fold or roll into a very small space.
