Boats with showers
- Fresh water showers are for rinsing the salt water from your body and not for washing your dive gear. Your gear can wait until you get home.. The boat will have a limited amount of fresh water..

Food/drink & sitting it out
- If onboard lunch/snacks/soft drinks are included in your dive day out, it is usually planned to be enough for all & a little left over, so don't take more than your share until everyone has had something to eat/drink. Food & drink are provided for energy & rehydration - everyone needs it to keep them ready for diving. If you choose NOT to go on the next dive, however much you may want to help folks kit up/get back in the boat, ask or wait till asked as some people & boat crews have their own way of getting kitted up/getting out of the water (as per above list) & you may simply hinder, however good your intentions - especially in a small boat.

Smoking
- If you are allowed to smoke go to the back of the boat once moving. Preferably do not smoke on the boat at all.

Being flushed
- I have never had this happen to me, but I was on a trip a few months ago on which it happened to the same guy twice on one trip. The guy was making a deco stop when someone flushed the toilet directly above him. So please don't flush if others are in the water. Cause you never know when karma will get you back.
