Tips for the crew
- My rule of thumb is $5 per tank per person. Then if I get exceptional service or extra help I add on to that. I never tip for bad service. I take the time to get to know the DM's, Captain, crew, shop staff and try to make friends with the good ones. Makes for a better experience all around. I also will remind other divers gently to remember to tip for good service. It's more fun to dive with friends and they are more likely treat you well and show you special things that they save "for friends only". Hi Natalie.
