My Review

I decided to dive in Underwater World Singapore after hearing rave reviews from my mates. We had dived with Sharks in the aquarium previously (which was awesome) and decided to check out the dive with the Dugong.

This dive was a special treat for my good friend and dive buddy Eunice and me. We arrived at the Underwater World Singapore, geared up, and were briefed by a wonderful dive-master at the aquarium, Fiona. Fiona explained safety procedures as well as the proper method to feed the dugong (named Gracie). When we dove into the warm tank water, we were immediately the centre of attention. Bystanders and aquarium guests enjoyed watching us feed the Dugong through the glass.

Diving with the dugong was an awesome and surreal experience. Although maneuvering without fins was a little hard at first we soon got used to it. The dugong is a lovely mammal, sadly left endangered. I do recommend this to anyone and everyone and I am sure you guys will enjoy the dive.

Would you recommend this to a friend?

Yes
