My Review

This dive is to the wreck of a 366-foot Canadian destroyer, sunk in 2000 as an artificial reef. The boat lays on its side, making orientation a bit more difficult. The water is usually cold (below 50 winter, as high as mid-50s summer/fall), and visibility can be marginal. You usually have to descend through 40 feet or so of green before the water gets clearer and the wreck comes into view. There can be surge, so caution when entering the wreck through one of the many cutouts. Photographers will enjoy the dramatic scenes as well as macro with tons of large white metridians and red strawberry anemones.
