If you want fantastic reef, incredible drift dives, and the occasional Spanish Galleon, you'd be hard pressed to find a better destination than Cozumel, Mexico. Easily the most popular dive destination in Mexico, Cozumel went on to win the Mexico and Central American round and won many votes on the way to finishing second.
