Manta Ray

It's not hard to figure out when a diver has just seen a Manta Ray for the first time - they'll generally have a huge smile from ear to ear and be in an incredible state of awe. I remember the first time I saw a Manta Ray while diving Australia's Great Barrier Reef - I was truly stunned and felt like my diving life had changed forever.

At up to 760 cm (almost 25 feet) the Manta Ray is one of the sea's gentle giants that will change your feelings about creatures of the sea forever. Read our new profile all about Manta Rays and stop by the forum to tell us all about your Manta Ray experiences.
