How Scuba Diving Saved Amy Winehouse

Immensely troubled English Diva Amy Winehouse has recently taken up scuba diving and credits her new hobby with helping her with her battle against alcohol and drugs.

Amy spent Christmas and New Year at the Caribbean home of Canadian rocker, Bryan Adams. After spending time diving with Adams in Mustique, Winehouse said “I've learned to appreciate the simple things, like the beauty of nature. And it's taught me to face my fears. It's a different world down there. I can look at things in a new way. I've come to the realization that life is too short; I want to make sure I live every minute of it."

Maybe scuba diving will catch on as a new celebrity trend. I think that if diving can help Amy Winehouse we should get Britney Spears into an Open Water course as soon as possible…
