Oceanic & Aeris Regulators Recalled

A recall of some models of Oceanic and Aeris first stage scuba regulators has been announced by manufacturer, Romi Enterprises. There have been numerous reports of regulator malfunction and the recalled regulators should not be used until they have been serviced by an authorized Oceanic or Aeris service center.

The models affected are: Oceanic CDX5, FDX10, CDX, DXi, DX2, DX4, and TDX5; and AERIS AT400 and Balanced Diaphragm. Models purchased and/or serviced between May 2006 and October 2007 may be affected by the recall. Click here more information about affected regulators and the recall procedure.
